Why can't I log in to view an eBook or open a database?

Before opening an eBook or accessing one of our databases, you will be required to log in. On the Coventry University Authentication page, you must enter your username@coventry.ac.uk, followed by your university password (see image below). Do not enter your email address.
You may not be able to read a book online because some resources only allow one person to read them at a time. You can try again in an hour or look for ‘notify me when available’. The library reviews ebook access regularly and we may be able to buy multi-user versions in the future.
