How do I connect to Wi-Fi?

Answer

The Wi-Fi you need to join for a mobile phone or computer is PHOENIX-NET-SECURE.

Input your usual university username and password, then tap "connect". If you are using an iPhone or Macbook, you will need to click "Trust the certificate" in the next step.

If you are using an Android phone, you also need to set "CA certificate" to "Do not validate" or "None" before connecting.

If you are still experiencing problems connecting to the internet then please raise a ticket via the Digital Services portal:

If you are on campus, you may also speak to any member of library staff for assistance.
