How do I layout my references?

Your references need to be in alphabetical order by author and indented, so that the authors name stands out. Do this by highlighting your references and selecting sort.
Make sure it is on ascending and press ok.
Whilst still highlighted, right click and choose paragraph. Then under special select hanging.
