Why can't I access the article I need in Locate?

Answer

If you are experiencing trouble in accessing articles, you need to check the following:

1) Make sure you are using the Article Search tab not the Books, Journal & Media tab when searching in Locate;

2) Does the Library have access to the article you need through Locate. To see if we have a subscription, you can search using the journal publication title, instead of the article title. If we have access to the journal, the next step is to check if the subscription includes the year the article you need has been published, by clicking the title to see the details of the record.

Please note that we may not have access to every journal or journal articles you need.

3) You may need to login to view the article, even if you have already signed in to your Library account via Locate.
