How do I return items via self-service returns?

Answer

Loaned items can be returned via the self-service returns situated on the ground floor. 

  1. When the green light displays place one item at a time in the opening. 
  2. The red light will display as your book is checked in and taken along the conveyor belt into the Sortation Room. Please wait for the red light to turn back to green before placing another item in the opening. You will see the list of items that have been returned on the screen. 
  3. Press 'finish' on screen when all your books have been returned.
  4. You have an option to print return receipt.
