Where do I ask for help?

Answer

In the library, you will find roving AskUs! enquiry staff on duty between 10:00am - 7:30pm from September to April, and during May to August 10:00am - 5:00pm.

If you need detailed subject help you may be referred to your Academic Liaison Librarian. You can make an appointment with your Academic Liaison Librarian directly by contacting them. Their details can be found at this page - Academic Liaison Librarians.

If you have queries relating to your Library account, you can get help at the Welcome Desk on the Ground Floor. If you are not in the Library you can submit a question onto LibAnswers 24/7. You can also use our online chat service LibChat between 9:00 - 17:00 Monday to Sunday.

If you need help using the computers or the wireless network in the Library you can ask at the Digital Services desk on the Ground Floor.
