Q. Where do I ask for help?
There is a staffed Enquiry Point on Floor 2 of the Library. You will also find roving AskUs! enquiry staff who will work across all floors during our busy periods of 11:00-19:30. If you need detailed subject help you may be referred to your Academic Liaison Librarian. You can also make an appointment with your Academic Liaison Librarian by contacting them directly. If you have queries relating to your Library account, you can get help at the Library Service Desk on the Ground Floor. If you need help using the computers or the wireless network in the Library you can ask at the ITS Service Desk on the Ground Floor. If you are not in the Library you can submit an question onto LibAnswers.
