Who are roving AskUs! and what do they do?

Answer

Our Roving Team patrols the Library floors and are able to help you find resources, use the mobile shelving, use Locate, book rooms or spaces, and answer enquiries. If you require more help, they can signpost to someone who might be able to help. The team also monitors noise and behaviour.
