Why is my work not printing?

Answer

Sometimes, printing doesn't work as it should - perhaps the printer jammed, or the print didn't come out.  In that case, please call Digital Services on 02477 657777, and they'll process a refund for you.  You need to contact them on the same day that the print-out failed or they can't refund you after that. 

You can also get in touch with Digital Services through their portal.
