I’m having a problem with my personal laptop, what can I do?

If you would like to seek helps in IT support, you can contact Digital Services. 

If you are in need of a laptop to be used in the library, you can also borrow one from our laptop safe - How can I borrow a laptop? Laptop loans are for 6 hours maximum and are for use within the Lanchester Library only. 

If you have any difficulties in accessing to a laptop and want to borrow a laptop for a long period of time, you can get in touch with Your Students' Union Advice Service for their advice.
