Q. I am confused about referencing. Can you help?

Answer

The CU Harvard Libguide will answer most questions you might have and gives examples of each type of reference to follow but if you have a small query about your references or just need someone to check specific citations/references then you can pop into the library's 3rd floor staff office (just knock on the glass door) where a liaison librarian should be able to help you (8am - 6pm). Alternately, our Centre for Academic Writing (CAW) runs workshops on the CU Harvard Reference Style for both Undergraduate and Postgraduate students and one to one sessions with an Academic Writing Tutor. If you call in and CAW have an Academic Writing Tutor available, they will answer your query without an appointment.
