How long does it take to get a document supply request and how much will it cost?

Answer

It all depends on what you are asking for, but the majority of items arrive within five to seven days. Supply times will vary; please wait at least 5 days before enquiring on progress.

Document Supply requests are free of charge to Coventry University staff and students, the Library pays the cost on your behalf. However, there may be a charge for theses dependent on supplier and availability.
