What do I do if I have forgotten my password or need to reset it?
Current Students:
On campus passwords can be reset by logging into any computer using Username: registration Password: registration. If you in the Lanchester Library you can visit the Digital Service Desk and use the FELIX Self-Service Points.
Off (and on) Campus passwords can be changed by visiting IT Registration.
Password expiry for staff and students is one year. Password enquiries for ex-students must be made by face to face or telephone to the Digital Service Desk
