Can I go into the Library without my Coventry University Group staff / student ID card?
It is part of the University General Regulations that all staff and students are required to carry their University Phoenix ID card at all times on campus and you will need it to enter our libraries or the buildings they are part of. If you forget your card:
Lanchester Library (Coventry University, Coventry) – Will give up to three day passes in any 12 months. Ask at the Welcome Desk.
Coventry University London – Building reception staff can issue temporary cards when open.
Coventry University Vauxhall – You will need to ask Security to speak to reception for a temporary pass.
Coventry University Wroclaw (Poland) - You will only be able to access with your ID card.
CU Coventry (Mile Lane, Coventry) - CU London (Dagenham) – Report to the Customer Service desk on the ground floor and register before being advised further.
CU London (Greenwich) - Report to the Customer Service desk at 2nd floor and register before being advised further.
CU Scarborough – Please ask at the Customer Experience desk for a temporary lanyard/ID.
