How do I reference material from foreign jurisdictions? (OSCOLA)
Cite legislation and cases from other jurisdictions as it is cited in its' own jurisdiction, but without any punctuation (full stops) in abbreviations. Give the jurisdiction if necessary. For more information on citing foreign legal sources, see section 2.6 of the OSCOLA 5th edition guide.
Cite foreign secondary sources as you would a book, journal, website or any other secondary source using section 3 of the OSCOLA 5th edition guide.
