Why isn't the request option coming up on Locate?
Answer
The request option will not be displayed on Locate if:
- you have not signed in to Locate – see how to login to locate;
- it is a reference or close stack item – see our FAQ on how to request it;
- it is an e-book or article - please look for the full-text online under View it section
- there is a copy of the book showing as "available" – see how to find a book on shelf.
