Why have only some of my books I returned appeared on my receipt?

Answer

This may occasionally happen if the system updates or if books are placed in the machine prior to the green light displaying. If your receipt from the Returns machine is not showing all of your book returns, please speak to a member of staff at the Welcome Desk straightaway who will check the returns bins and retrieve the books to remove from your account.
