How can I report someone who is being disruptive e.g. noise in the library?

Answer

We do monitor the noise as we patrol the building. If you are being disturbed by noise you feel that is not appropriate for that floor or unreasonable behaviour you can report to us via the Noise Text Alert number 07557 425520 - this phone is monitored between 10:00 to 19:30 and any texts received are actioned as soon as possible.

Alternative you can contact us via the LibChat service, LibAnswers or speak to any member of staff available nearby or at our Welcome desk on the ground floor between 8:00 to 0:00.
