How do I buy more printing credits?

Answer

If you are Coventry University staff and students, you can only add credits if you're connected to the University network on campus. When off campus, you will need to be connected to the secure VPN. For assistance on installation of the VPN please see the digital services article: GlobalProtect VPN Install Guidance 

Once connected: 

  1. Go to the print portal - https://myprint.coventry.ac.uk
  2. Sign in with your university username and password.
  3. On the left hand side of the Print Portal and select Add credit.
  4. You will be asked to select your amount and payment details.
