What happens if I do not keep my appointment with CAW?

Answer

We ask for you to cancel your appointment online if you cannot attend.  If you cannot do this, please email writing.caw@coventry.ac.uk or telephone reception on: 02477 657902.  Not turning up for your appointment wastes our staff time and prevents another student from utilising the appointment time.  We will email you upon a no-show and ask why you did not attend.  Non-attendance is monitored and action may be taken for repeated no-shows.  We get very busy during the teaching terms with up to 3 weeks advanced appointment waiting time.
