Institutional log in doesn't let me access the Westlaw database, I just see a page saying my 'profile contains no valid registration keys'. What do I need to do?

Your Westlaw account profile may have been deactivated. Please send details of your username/student ID to eresources.lib@coventry.ac.uk and staff will arrange to get it reinstated.
