How do I reference material from foreign jurisdictions? (OSCOLA)

Answer

Cite legislation and cases from other jurisdictions as it is cited in its' own jurisdiction, but without any punctuation (full stops) in abbreviations. Give the jurisdiction if necessary.  For more information on citing foreign legal sources, use page 8 of the full OSCOLA guide.

Cite foreign secondary sources as you would a book, journal, website or any other secondary source using the full OSCOLA guide.
