Multiple authors
Between 1-3 authors: give all the authors names.
- Footnote: Martin Dixon, Robert McCorquodale and Sarah Williams
- Bibliography: Dixon M, McCorquodale R and Williams S
4 or more authors: use ‘and others’
- Footnote: Declan O'Dempsey and others
- Bibliography: O'Dempsey D and others
If no author is given, start the footnote with the title and the bibliography entry with a double dash -- .
