Can I get a refund of my print credits?

We recognise that occasionally printing doesn't work as it should - perhaps the printer jammed, or the print didn't come out. In that case, please call Digital Services on 02477 657777, and they will process a refund for you. You need to contact them on the same day that the print-out failed, otherwise they cannot process a refund.
There is also no facility to claim back unspent credit as a monetary refund at the conclusion of your course. Any residual amount will be lost on the expiry of your course registration.
