How do I set up a BOS/JISC online survey?

To set up a BOS/JISC online survey, please visit the 'Jisc Online Account Request' page and complete the JISC Set-up form.
Once you complete the form, the Digital Services team to send you a confirmation email to your student account letting you know that they are looking into it. After a couple of hours or a day, Jisc will send you an email with the activation of your account. That email will also include a link for you to create your password.
