I can't access my WGSN account. What should I do?

If you have forgotten your password, please click 'forgot password' and follow the instructions. If you receive a message about your account being deactivated, you can easily reactivate it by using our VPN to connect to our university network. Please click here and follow the instructions.
Once you are logged in on our VPN, then simply click here go on WGSN and try to log in again. If the problem insists try to reset your password while using the VPN.
