Can I use the library after I graduate?

Answer

Former students of Coventry University London may continue to use the library for free after graduating under the University's Alumni scheme.

To become an Associate Library Member, please email us: library.culc@coventry.ac.uk stating your full name and former ID number or visit us in person.

You will need to fill out an application form, and provide:

  1. A passport-sized photograph of yourself
  2. 1 copy of a photographic ID, e.g. your passport or driving licence
  3. 1 copy of proof of your address, e.g. utility bill or bank statement

Once your application has been approved, we'll let you know that your library card is ready to pick up. The library card enables you to borrow books. You will also receive a campus access card, which enables you to access the campus.

Applicants must be in good standing with the library, i.e. having a good track record of borrowing and returning books and equipment.

Associate Membership entitles you to borrow 5 items and to use the study spaces however it does not grant access to computers, printers and electronic resources.
