MFA. How do I change my phone number?

Answer

To change your phone number on your student record, please contact Student Engagement at https://www.coventry.a.cuk/study-at-coventry/student-support/student-engagement-centre/. 

Once your number has been changed on your student record, you should be able to update your phone number for MFA.  visit https://myaccount.microsoft.com and click update Info to enter your new phone number. 

If you are still unable to change your phone number, please contact Digital Services on 02477 657777or log a call with them at https://help.coventry.ac.uk/
